1- Entering into commodity exchange export operations to provide a return through which various import operations of consumer goods, raw materials and production inputs can be carried out.
2- Creating partnerships with regional cooperatives to provide import operations for the various local requirements.
3- Benefiting from international partnership agreements that grant comparative advantages in both export and import operations.
4- Entering into partnerships supportive of the cooperative productive / industrial sector to provide needs of the necessary commodities targeted.
5- Activating an administration that functions as an economic research center for market and marketing studies and supporting it in partnerships with relevant research bodies and institutions locally and regionally.
Long-term programs
1- Providing shipping and transportation across the states and crossings for the purposes of the company’s business.
2- Providing procurement processes for strategic goods supported by the state.
3- Entering into effective and integrated partnerships with government and private companies.
4- Activating a training and building unit Special capabilities for feasibility studies and technical, economic, and administrative consultations.
5-Activating the administration as an investment and technology center that provides services accompanying the requirements of agricultural and industrial investment projects and how to implement them.
