The company operates as a limited and controlled governmental economic and regulatory mechanism with specific objectives and framework as a mechanism to neutralize the effects of market distortions and as a support for the development of the cooperative movement in Sudan, and work to support local production and manufacturing for the cooperative and non-cooperative sector, And entering into export operations in order to provide raw materials and production inputs to the country The various projects of the company.​
